By accessing or using MyApp ("the Service"), provided by My Company LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyApp provides a SaaS platform for managing projects, teams, and billing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the Service by any means other than the provided interface.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. My Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
